Features

Safety instructions
-The A11VO pump is designed for use in open circuits.
-Project planning, assembly and commissioning of the axial piston
elements must be carried out by qualified personnel.
-The working line ports and function ports are designed only for
hydraulic lines.
-During operation and shortly after operation, there is a risk of
burns from the axial piston elements (especially the solenoids).
Take appropriate safety measures (e.g. wearing protective
clothing).
-Depending on the operating conditions of the axial piston elements
(operating pressure, oil temperature), the characteristics may
change.
-Pressure ports:
The ports and fixing threads are designed for the maximum specified
pressure. The machine or system manufacturer must ensure that the
safety factors for the connecting elements and lines meet the
specified operating conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil,
temperature).
-The data and instructions contained here must be followed.
-The following tightening torques apply:
·Threaded holes for axial piston elements:
The maximum permissible tightening torque MG max for threaded holes
is the maximum value and must not be exceeded.
·Connectors:
For the tightening torques of the connectors used, refer to the
manufacturer's instructions.
· Fixing screws:
For fixing screws in accordance with DIN 13, we recommend that the
tightening torque be checked individually in accordance with VDI
2230.
· Locking screws:
For metal locking screws supplied with the axial piston element,
apply the required tightening torque MV for the locking screws.
- This product component is not approved in accordance with the
general machine safety concept in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849.
